If you already own a property and would like us to add it to our portfolio please drop us a line or give us a call. We are not a property listing website and so won't guarantee to take on your property but if we think it will fit with what our clients are looking for we do not charge for adding yours to our database.
We make our money solely by charging a commission on all rental deals. This commission varies between 10-25% (usually 15% for a typical holiday) and this must come off the customer cost to ensure the customer is not overpaying for the service. Because we move a lot of money around we are very flexible on payments and can usually arrange to pay rentals to you in Pounds Sterling, US Dollars, South African Rand or local currency, which ever suits you.
We can also arrange for photographs to be taken and if you don't already have a managing agent locally that can often be arranged.
Please bear in mind that Fleewinter provides a high quality service and we expect our client to be able to move in instantly and be right at home within minutes. Our properties are chosen with this in mind and we do not offer a keys-under-the-mat type servicee
