Villa Rennie a 4 bed villa is situated in a quiet residential road that runs parallel to the coast road and is between the Mt Irvine and Grafton hotels. The beach is only a 4/5 minute stroll away.

Villa Rennie has great high level sun deck for views of the sea and sunsets. Excellent mosaic tiled pool with steps in a roman bay end and handrail. Surrounding deck area with sun loungers and barbeque area. Relax and Chill.

The fully fitted kitchen has a fridge/freezer with Ice, crushed ice and chilled water, microwave, cooker, dishwasher, coffee machine, juicer, kettle. The beautiful lounge/dining area with 6m high coral feature wall coral was used from that recovered from excavating the pool 2 x 3 seater sofas and 1 two seater plus arm chair. Dining table with 8 chairs. Large screen Cable TV and Hi Fi System.

Maid service 6 days per week. Includes all linen towels beach towels etc. Pool man 3 visits per week to keep it sparkling. Gardener to keep the grounds and fruit trees in top condition.

Additional information: All bedrooms are air conditioned with split units that are quiet in operation. Floors are Terazzo throughout and there are good through breezes. Lounge has two large ceiling fans and dimmer controlled lighting. All bedrooms have cable TV and locally manufactured furniture. This villa is at one level with access from rear involving one step. Access to the pool deck involves negotiating six steps.
