With views of the Caribbean in three different directions with views for each mood and time of day - the sun setting over Buccoo Reef or the beautiful Vistas of Stone Haven Bay and Courland Bay. It may be that you prefer the lush tropical hillsides covered in coconut palms and every conceivable shade of green. There can be no doubt that this property is for those who want to relax in luxurious privacy in a plantation style environment.

Set amongst Tobago's hills, above Black Rock, the Villa is constantly caressed by the Trade Winds keeping the insects at bay and the temperature cooler. Guests enjoy abundant bird life in the day, fireflies by night and a constant supply of fresh fruit and vegetables grown on the property.

Built in plantation style with teakwood floors and cross flow ventilation, it has six bedrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 14 people. There are four suites, two bedrooms and five bathrooms, Each room is air-conditioned, with breathtaking views and the master bedroom is designed to bring those views into the room itself.

You may not want to rush to the sea when you see the Villa's 22 metre fully tiled pool lit with the latest fibre optic system. But if you do, it is a mere five-minute drive away. It is also only a five-minute drive away from Mt. Irvine's world class 18 hole Championship Golf Course. There are also a host of restaurants offering an international range of fine dining options, all within easy reach. Three of Tobago's finest beaches are no more than ten minutes drive from the Villa.

One of the villas most attractive features is its huge verandahs which have been designed for relaxation. There are large living and dining areas both indoor and outdoor and two study areas for when privacy and solitude are required. The Villa has full telephone and data communications. The latest Bose sound system in installed throughout the ground floor rooms with specialist outdoor speakers fitted on the verandah. Guests also have use of a gas barbecue for outdoor entertaining

To make you feel at home during your stay, complimentary welcome pack that includes a Continental style breakfast for the first day is provided. A shopping service is included with the villa, you just pay for the groceries you require and breakfast, lunch and dinner can be prepared for you if you do not wish to cook yourself.
