Sugarlands is nestled within a beautiful tropical garden filled with palm trees, this villa stands as a model of old-fashioned architecture mixed with modern amenities and rimless experiences. Daily Rates: Summer $950 - $1350 USD Winter $1700 - $2300 USD plus 7.5% local tax, excluding Christmas.

The main house consists of four large air-conditioned bedrooms with bathroom en-suite. Upstairs are two bedrooms with Master suite leading onto a covered terrace overlooking the swimming pool and gazebo, enjoying splendid views of the fourth green.

BEDROOMS: King size bed in master bedroom . All other bedrooms including the ones in the cottage have twin beds.BATHROOMS: All bathrooms are ensuite with tub and shower.

Safes are located in the master bedroom,bedroom four and the cottage.

Downstairs there are two further bedrooms, one opening up onto the pool area. The oversized living and dining areas join onto another covered terrace overlooking the pool and an exclusive waterfall in the lush tropical gardens. A charming gazebo invites you to spectacular outdoor dining. There is a large kitchen with all modern appliances to assist the staff in ensuring that you have a holiday of a lifetime. Across the driveway from the house is a beautiful self-contained cottage within its own secluded grounds. It consists of two large air-conditioned bedroom with bathroom en-suite, a small kitchen and spacious living and dining areas opening up onto a terrace overlooking equally manicured gardens.
