Fosters House is a gorgeous, superbly furnished, 4 bed beachfront villa, located on a spectacular beach at Lower Carlton, St. James. Daily rates: Summer $1625 USD Winter $2395 USD plus 7.5% local tax, excluding Christmas.

There are four air-conditioned bedrooms with bathrooms ensuite on the upper floor and on the main floor there is a family room with a pull out couch, full bathroom.

BEDROOMS: Master bedroom has a king size bed. Second and third bedrooms have twin beds and the fourth a queen size bed. All rooms have safes and hair dyers.

BATHROOMS: The master bathroom along with the second bedroom have tub and shower. Bedrooms three and four have showers only. Large living and dinning area opening onto a patio with a stunning view of the large pool with deck and the sea. The house also features a small gym.<
