Morocco - Our newest destination

We have been in love with Morocco for a number of years and have been looking to start an operation there for sometime.  There is nowhere else that is closer yet you feel so properly abroad.  With its rich culture, wonderful architecture and amazing scenery it is difficult to believe you are only 3 hours flight from London .  As well as villas and apartments we have a great selection of Riads - Morocco 's unique spin on the boutique hotel concept.  For more info contact Caroline Taylor or ring up for a chat.

Hot Property - Villa Investment Opportunities

As we work in the property rental market we have a very good understanding of what makes a good overseas investment, particularly if you are looking for high rental yield.  So we keep our eyes open for good investments and currently have 2 developments projects ongoing in Morocco on the coast just outside Essaouira and are soon starting one in Tobago.  The advantage for investors is we do everything: from the planning and development through to the furnishing, management and letting - and we're able to get much better returns than buy-to-let in the UK - our best is currently delivering over 20% yield.  Contact Alisdair Luxmoore if you'd like more info.

Cape Town - Great new Camps Bay Apartments

Cape Town is our original and still our biggest destination and we are proud to help thousands of people enjoy it every year.  There is a huge variety of places to stay but the most popular is Camps Bay and whilst we always had a great selection of larger villas, up until now is has been difficult to find high quality options for couples.   All that changed last year with the opening of the Casa Apartments, a small collection of high quality flats in a perfect position a short stroll from Camps Bay 's famous beach and even more famous restaurants.  Click for more info

Fleewinter Favourites - Sri Lanka

Sri Lanka has had a tough few years with ceasefire of the dispute in the northern territory no sooner announced than the devastating Tsunami striking.  Despite this there has never been a better time to visit and the coastal is in better shape for tourists than ever.   One of the favourites over the last year has been Villa Victoria , a stunning 4/5 bedroom villa on the beach just outside Galle .  As well as a wonderful location one of the highlights of staying there is the staff and after a week of being pampered, the most frequent request is can we bring the chef home.cost around $2700 per week with reductions for under-occupancy. Fleewinter Favourites - Cape Town

Whilst the beaches around the city have long been popular, we are now tempting people with locations a bit further out.  The Winelands (particularly Franschhoek) are a fabulous place to stay or if you can't keep away from the coast, a stunning new property for this year is "Seventy-seven" on Gordon's Bay.  A wonderfully designed 4 bedroom house overlooking False Bay (Cape Town 's warm side) and wonderful views towards the Table Mountain massif.  Still only 40 minutes from central Cape Town and from $1350 per week it is very good value.
