How we work

Fleewinter is different from other vacation companies in that we do the work - not you. Our job is to find out from you the ingredients you need for a great stay and then use our specialist knowledge to find the perfect apartment, villa, tour, boutique hotel or safari at the right price.

We take into account our knowledge of the properties, the different locations and key elements such as the distance to shops or restaurants.

And this level of service doesn't cost a premium. By using the internet to bring together accommodation owners and clients we are able to quickly and efficiently get a range of options for you to view.

Give us a call or email us with as much detail about the holiday you are looking for and we'll get to work finding the properties and checking on availability and prices. Things to think about include
- Number of bedrooms
- Double or single beds
- Distance to Restaurants/shops
- Access to a pool
- Areas that you'd like to be in
- What your maximum budget would be.

Once we've found the perfect accommodation

As soon as we've identified the right property for you, we ask for a deposit which is passed on to the accommodation owner and contractually secures your holiday home. You then pay the balance at least 4 weeks before taking your vacation.

Unlike many travel companies we strongly advise that you ask as many questions as possible prior to booking. In our view your vacation is the most important week or 2 of the year and it is vital we help you chose the right place to stay.

We strongly advise that as soon as you have booked you take out comprehensive vacation insurance as obtaining refunds can be difficult in case of cancellation.

We will then issue you with an itinerary and confirmation including contact details, the address and directions to your holiday home.
